This Tarkov gunfight is hard to watch

Context: Ran into reserve with a grach and shot a PMC running up to dome, took his AK that he found, a single mag with a stack of trash ammo, came into the raid already thirsty and hungry so when i got shot in the stomach i started to starve, didn't exactly believe i could win this fight as i didn't have any meds so i made some bad decisions.
