Overtourism & AirBnb - Why Nobody Wants To LIVE in Prague's Historic City Center

In its recent report, Prague City Hall has stated the top reasons why locals do not want to live in Prague's historic city center. Describing the general living conditions and problems that make it difficult for locals to live there.

There are two problems with this report.
1. It's in Czech (so tourists won't ever find out about the things mentioned in there)
2. Not even Czechs know this report exists. (I guess for Czech media this report is too academic)
