I have a GTX960 and ryzen 5 3600. at the maximum graphics settings, I have 35-55fps. If I disable shadows in the settings, it increases to 100fps. Without shadows, the picture loses all its charm. In this video, software vertical frame synchronization is enabled-35-55fps. It is quite playable.
I can't predict how it will work on other configurations. Steam has a trial period, you can return the money if it does not work or you do not like it.
