🛠️ Asus Max Pro M2 ZB631KL All-In-One Hardware Solution⚡ 1. Charging Problem (Slow / Fake Charging)Slow Charging: This model is very sensitive to the USB D+ and D- lines. If these tracks are broken on the sub-board or the main flex, the phone will only charge at 0.5A.VBUS Jumper: If the phone isn't charging at all, check for 5V on the sub-board. If 5V is present but doesn't reach the motherboard, you must jumper the VBUS from the sub-board test point directly to the charging IC input capacitor.Main Flex Issue: 90% of charging and mic issues on the ZB631KL are caused by a cracked Main Flex Cable. Always try a new flex before working on the motherboard.🔊 2. Speaker & Ringer SolutionNo Sound: The speaker contacts are on the sub-board. Ensure the gold spring pins are not flat.Audio IC: If the speaker is good but there's still no sound, the Audio Amplifier IC (near the CPU) often fails on this model due to drops. Check for 1.8V and 4V supply to the Amp IC.🎤 3. Microphone FixMic Problem: Callers can't hear you? The ZB631KL uses a Digital Mic on the sub-board. If you replace only the mic, be careful with the heat. It is safer to replace the whole Charging Sub-board.Secondary Mic: This model has a top mic for noise cancellation.
