1. SUNFLOWER SEEDS
Roasted, unsalted sunflower seed kernels are rich in vitamin E, and are shown to boost sperm count and sperm motility. In addition, sunflower seeds are packed with zinc, folate, and selenium, all of which are important for both male and female fertility.
