INTENSE ABS WORKOUT | less than 15 mins

hey loves! taking you through an ab workout today, this is a circuit I'd do after a workout and is great for building your abs, obliques and core strength! these are also helpful with improving your balance.

The workout I did is in a circuit format of 3 sets, 60-90secs rest in between each round and I perform each exercise back-to-back :)
