The Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) are jointly organizing this interactive Webinar Series to provide practical tips for in-house counsel, lawyers, arbitrators and mediators active in the fields of international commercial dispute resolution and drafting of international contracts.
This second webinar will focus on key challenges facing arbitrators and counsel with the growing need for virtual hearings as a result of COVID-19 related restrictions. Our two speakers will address emerging best practices for addressing these challenges, focusing in particular on the relevant strategic and advocacy considerations.
