Africa Engineers the Future: Building on 10 years of Africa-UK engineering collaboration
The Royal Academy of Engineering, Africa Engineers the Future: Building on 10 years of Africa-UK engineering collaboration event has now concluded (Thursday 24 February 2022). You can, however, still access our online exhibition. The exhibition showcases up to 100 individuals and institutions that have been supported by the Academy, including entrepreneurs, researchers, universities and professional engineering bodies, representing 30 countries and numerous sectors from across the continent.
The event was centred around 2022 as this marks 10 years since the publication of the ‘Engineers for Africa' report that prompted and informed the Academy on how it could best support sustainable engineering for development on the African continent. Through the event speakers you will have the opportunity to learn more about the insights gained from this report and hear directly from some of the Academy’s programme beneficiaries.
