No-Knead Ciabatta Bread with Natural Yeast Water | Baking with Fruit Yeast Water

Ingredients:

Poolish
Bread Flour 100 g
Fruit Yeast Water 100 ml

Final Dough
All of the poolish
Bread Flour 150 g
Olive Oil 5 - 10 ml
Salt 2 g
Water 80 - 100 ml

You can substitute the 100 ml of fruit yeast water with 100 ml of water + 1/4 tsp of dry yeast
