Appellate court rules TRUMP NOT IMMUNE from lawsuit by police officers and politicians for 1/6 harm

The DC federal circuit court of appeals just ruled that Donald Trump is not immune from being sued by Capitol Police officers and members of Congress for inciting an angry mob to attack the Capitol on January 6.

This ruling has important implications not only for the civil case pending against Trump but also for the criminal prosecution pending against Trump for his attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, as this video discusses.
