Tight Calves? Watch This

Today we’re using body tempering as part of a recovery and performance-focused treatment session for the lower leg and ankle.

This session targets:

Calf muscles
Anterior tibialis
Ankle stability and strength

Body tempering uses controlled compressive loading to help reduce perceived muscle tightness, improve tissue tolerance, and prepare the body for movement. After soft tissue work, we finish with ankle strengthening exercises to help reinforce stability and function.

Whether you’re dealing with ankle stiffness, calf tightness, soreness from training, or looking to improve recovery and performance, this combination can be a great addition to an active treatment approach.

⚠️ Body tempering can feel intense during treatment, but pressure is always adjusted based on tolerance and comfort.
