Removal of a pyogenic granuloma on the finger

These can have a pretty big vascular supply as you'll appreciate in this video. If you catch them early you can settle them down with salt baths or liquid nitrogen but if they progress they'll need to be cut out. On the fingers you want to make sure you stay fairly superficial to avoid deeper tendons. I thought I had a follow up video but I could not locate it regrettably.
