The song's name is "Kashmiri Song" or "Pale Hands I Loved" by Amy Woodforde-Finden (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kashmiri_Song), and it's what the Sheik himself is singing to Diana. It's the only known voice recording of Rudy.
