Cosmos in the Field-Watercolor Painting Flowers - Use Masking Liquid and Salt

Cosmos are freely flowering annual plants that are ridiculously easy to grow. If you are looking for a flower that will stay in bloom for months and can be grown by simply scattering seeds, cosmos are great choice. Cosmos plants are an essential for many summer gardens in many colors.
Today I will use masking fluid on cosmos flowers. Because I want apply colors freely on the background. After the masking liquid dried, I will take out masking liquid and paint the flower petals in detail. Also I am using the Salts. Salt absorbs the color. After the color dried, I will take out the salts with paper. Then we can see amazing beautiful marks which is generated by salt's osmotic action. Also it creates the abstraction effect. I recommend you to try this method. It's very funny.
COLOR: ultramarine deep, magenta, leaf green, sap green,
cadmium yellow deep.
Also I used my existing my own pallet colors.
PAPER: Arches Cold Pressed 140 lbs.
BRUSH: Davinci 5 cosmotop Mix B, Davinci 3 petit gris pur.
