1) Acknowledge: that you have work burnout and you're not alone,
2) Accept: this is how things are right now but Not forever you can totally get through this,
3) Create Your Vision: Imagine what you want your work life to look like instead this gives you a goal to move towards easily,
4) Set Small Steps: design tiny and achievable step by step goals to complete daily. The completion of each one gets to be celebrated and will create motivation and momentum to keep you moving forwards,
5) Get Support: people love to help so reach out for support and allow yourself to receive it with gratitude because you absolutely deserve to achieve the work life that you want and desire.
