NEW FUNCTIONAL ITEMS - The Sims 4 CC Showcase

Hello everyone! I decided to take lemons and make lemonade with my speed build of these Californian townhomes that I, unfortunately, did not notice I wasn't filming until AFTER I was finished... *deep breaths* so I decided to do a CC showcase instead of my favorite functional items that make the game that much more realistic.
