1. You are a child of God

“But to all who did receive Him… He gave the right to become children of God” — (John 1:12)
You’re not just a believer—you belong to God as His son or daughter.

2. You are a new creation

“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation…” — (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Your past doesn’t define you anymore. Your life has been made new.

3. You are forgiven and redeemed

“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins…” — (Ephesians 1:7)
Your sins are not hanging over you—Christ paid for them.

4. You are chosen and set apart

“You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood…” — (1 Peter 2:9)
You have purpose. You’re not random or forgotten.

5. You are more than a conqueror

“We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us” — (Romans 8:37)
You’re not meant to live defeated—you have victory through Christ.

6. Christ lives in you

“It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me…” — (Galatians 2:20)
Your strength, direction, and transformation come from Him within you.

So your identity in Christ is not based on:

your past mistakes
what people say about you
your current struggles

It’s based on what Jesus has already done.
