3 Point Stance Drill for Muay Thai
One of the most important parts of a strong Muay Thai game is coming back to a strong, well balanced stance after each technique or combo. In this video we go through a 3 Point Stance and Balance Drill that will help both beginner Muay Thai practitioners as well as Advanced Muay Thai fighters with maintaining a strong stance.
