In this video tutorial, I show case the Invert Effect for you. It has no configurations; all you can do is apply the effect. What the effect does is invert the colors of the video clip. The video clips looks almost black & white from the inversion- but actually bright bluish and grayish in color. All by itself, the inverse effect gives a surreal, creepy, nightmarish feel.

But to make night vision, you combine the inverse effect, add a green tint with either gamma or hue colorize effects, and add the grain effect to make the video clip look like true night vision from a camera or night vision goggles.
