Durham and Durham Coastal Footpath

County Durham: full of surprises. Here the most haunted pub in Scouser territory, scenes from the film Alien 3 and one of the oldest and most venerable cathedrals await. Come with us through the town of Durham and along Durham Coastal Footpath, an 18 km (11 mile) walk from Seaham to Crimdon. The walk has dramatic coastal scenery and several protected vegetation communities and passes through towns with quirky statues and gin palaces.
