Fully Loaded Radishes with KtO_ Keto

You will never look at a radish the same after trying this. This recipe is my go to comfort food and it definitely feels like an indulgence. The way the hot radishes absorb the flavor from the bacon drippings is unreal and adding the cheese, sour cream, green onion, bacon & hot sauce makes it feel like a food sin!

They've filled the little potato shaped hole in my low carb heart and remind me of loaded new potatoes (which is the type my Mom preferred to make when I was younger).

This recipe can be served as a single serving for one very filling meal or it can be split into two servings to go with you favorite protein as one flavorful side.
