FULL MEAL PREP | CHOCOLATE CHIP PB OVERNIGHT OATS | CHICKEN RANCH BLT WRAPS | DIY DINNER KITS

NO-COOK MEAL PREP! The only thing I'll be cooking this week will be my dinners, but as far as meal prep is concerned, there will be no heat involved! I also put together a couple DIY dinner kits and prepped my snacks! Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks for my husband and I for the week! Thanks so much for watching!

I'm currently following the WW blue plan (Weight Watchers), but I share points for all three programs as well as calories. However, you don't need to be following any type of weight loss program to get tips and ideas from my channel.

CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS 💙6 | 💜3 | 💚6 (234calories)

LUNCH:
CHICKEN RANCH BLT WRAPS - 💙5 | 💜5 | 💚5 (approx.. 300calories)
These are versatile and you can put whatever you want in yours. I used the following for one wrap:
2-point flatbread
3 oz. (1-point) chicken or turkey breast
1/8 cup part-skim mozzarella
1-1/3 slices fully cooked turkey bacon
1 Tbsp light mayo mixed with 1/2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
Veggies of choice
Layer all ingredients in the middle of the flatbread/wrap. Roll up and enjoy!
