Personal In Ear Monitor Mixes on a Budget

I answer a question sent to me on facebook. How do I give each memeber of my worship team their own in ear monitor mix? Oh... and we are on a budget. In this video I show the equipment needed to get personal in ear monitor mixes to at least eight different people and be able to build on the equipment you purchased. The budget was $1500 - $3000, so I give a $1.5K and $3k option. I hope this is helpful to others.
The hardware used is in the Behringer ecosystem. The X32 Mixer, SD16 Stage Box, Powerplay P2 or Powerplay P16-m, as always Hosa cables and if you are really on a budget... XR18 mixer.
