Eight outs. That's how far away San Francisco was from its first World Championship in nearly half a century, only to watch it disappear in a cloud of smoke, created by Edison Field's post-home run fireworks.

It took a three-run shot in the seventh, a solo shot and a two-run double in the eighth off the Giants bullpen as Anaheim erased a five-run deficit to steal Game 6 of the World Series Saturday night and force a seventh and deciding game with 6-5 victory over San Francisco.

The Anaheim Angels, known for their dramatic comebacks courtesy of the Rally Monkey, chased Giants starter Russ Ortiz after 6 1/3 strong inning of work.
