-쌀국수가 한번에 맥스 다섯개 만들어지기때문에, 조리대는 다섯개만 오픈함.
-조리대 위 두개는 쌀국수로, 아래 세 개는 분짜로 이용함. 분짜는 하나는 돼지고기, 하나는 닭고기를 미리 조리해 올려두고 주문이 들어오면 바로 제공할 수 있는 방식으로 운용함.
