Hours of Operation: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 0830-1200, 1300-1600.
Closed daily from 1200-1300; Wednesdays & Last Thursday of every month from 1200 - 1600 and on all U.S. Federal Holidays

No-Fee Passports include (Official Passports, Diplomatic Passports)
Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA)

If you are a DA civilian or Active Duty Service Member please review your Family member’s Official or No-Fee passport to check if they have a SOFA stamp on the third or fourth page of their official / No-Fee Passport.
A SOFA card or SOFA stamp allow service members and family members to stay in Germany past 90 days.
Request AE form 600-77A from the verifying official (VO) in your command/agency personnel office. Once the AE form 600-77A is signed by the VO, the form is valid for 90 days. Bring the highest passport held I.E. Official / No-Fee or if the Tourist Passport is the only passport you or your family members have, bring the tourist passport and a SOFA card will be placed in the tourist passport. For Active duty service members,CAC and assignment orders serve as their SOFA. When traveling back to the U.S., you will need to carry your CAC and a copy of your assignment orders.
Ration Card – Check with your command / agency to see who issues you your ration card. Request for initial/renewal of ration card you will need your CAC and assignment orders or extension orders.
All passports can be renewed 1 year from expiration date. Before travel, check the Foreign Clearance Guide for requirements by country.
