Homemade Remedy To Beat The Cold

This video shares a home remedy, that I learnt about in Poland, with simple ingredients that can be found in every kitchen around the globe. It also includes a few extra ingredients discovered here on YouTube. I’m hoping that this remedy does its magic, and helps combat fall and winter colds.

Ingridients:
1. 1 cup of warm water
2. 1/2 Lemon Juiced
3. 1 to 2 teaspoons of natural honey
4. 1 table spoon of Olive oil
5. 1 quarter tea spoon of cinnamon
