Driving the Kandi K23

Kandi America hired me to film a video driving the new Kandi K23, which they claim will be the least expensive all-electric vehicle sold in North America. The K23 is set to be released in late 2020.

Update: Kandi never released the K23, but instead released a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle version called the NEV-K23 that is limited to 25 mph.
