Sprocket Making for the Big Garage Build

Making sprockets for the roof rafter feet, this is a very traditional feature of traditional roof construction in the UK and it is often used to create a wider soffit section especially in steeper pitches such as the roof I am building here which is 50 degrees

I am using a chop saw and a table saw to make them using simple steps to speed up the
process, making a sled for the table saw ensures that the sprockets are exactly the same, please take great care using portable power tools
