Ingredients List
————————
1 & 1/2 cup salt fish
3 cups basmati rice
1 & 1/2 cup cake ( = 1 can if using can ackee)
1/2 can coconut milk
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
2 scotch bonnet peppers
5 sprigs thyme
2 spring onions
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 small red onion
1 small carrot chopped
1 slice of red green & yellow bell pepper chopped small
1/2 cup mixed veg (peas and sweetcorn)- can use any of choice
Pumpkin (optional)
2 garlic cloves
4 1/2 cups water
1 Maggi cube (optional)
