New York Times bestselling author, Emmy Award winner and Brown alumnus Chris Hayes upended the conversation on policing and democracy with his book “A Colony in a Nation.” In a talk moderated by Professor Tricia Rose, Hayes examines our ties to racial inequality, the omnipresent threat of guns, and the dangerous and unfortunate results of choices made by fear.
