Children Keeping Traditions Alive "Yoshino-bojutsu"

Yoshino Boujutsu is a traditional Japanese martial art using a long stick as a weapon that has been practiced since the Edo period.

Twenty-two students from the local Yoshino Elementary School participated.
They demonstrated their skills in pairs, and received a lot of applause from the audience.
