Learning how to BACKFLIP in 1 day!

I often look at others and think- wow, I wanna do that. Growing up I was always hypnotised watching athletes and gymnasts and promised myself that one day I’ll learn how to backflip... and I never did.
Until last year during the first lockdown, when I decided it was finally time to learn. But I gave up very quickly, as I had NO idea what I was doing and was all alone. So today I'm back, this time in a proper gymnasium, with friends who want to learn as well, and an amazing coach, Joe. Can we learn how to backflip in one day? Let's find out...
