What is the best way to start the day at a windmill? Exactly! With fresh, homemade pretzels. There were no oven, but we used our Omnia instead.
After sitting out the rainy morning we decided to have our breakfast at the ocean and bake some Pastel de Nata later on. They turned out so delicious!
In the evening Laurenz fired up our outside grill to grill some fresh fish we got from a local market.
