Welcome back for another Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire video. In this video, I will be talking about George R.R. Martin's most recent official announcement, from his NotABlog website. As you all know, George R.R. Martin recently confirmed HBO's announcement regarding their new Game of Thrones Prequel Series, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight. In his blog post, he also revealed his plans for the future of A Song of Ice and Fire. Not only is he finishing The Winds of Winter, but he also plans on writing A Dream of Spring, as well as more Dunk and Eggs Novellas and Fire and Blood Volumes. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem George R.R. Martin will have enough time to write everything, given his current pace. We all know he's been writing The Winds of Winter for over a decade. As of right now, the Winds of Winter still doesn't have an official release date, so it is hard to tell when he will ever be able to start on A Dream of Spring, or any of the other future projects he has on his schedule.
