He is not a distant deity, as I've said, untouched by or experience of pain or experiences of grief. He does not dismiss their sorrow or hurry them, you know, to witness the miracle that he's about to perform. He's not doing that despite knowing that Lazarus is going to rise from the dead. He takes the time to mourn to acknowledge and validate, I believe, the pain of death grief and loss. He identifies with them. This is the God of the universe Identifying with people. He fully entered into their grief. And I want to say, friends, Jesus fully identifies with us and He enters into our grief by His Holy Spirit. #shorts
