WCBS-FM 101.1 New York - Max Kinkle - December 5 1986

From 1972 until 2005, for 33 years, 101 WCBS-FM was New York’s Oldies station. They had so many legendary New York Top 40 jocks at the station, Ron Lundy, Harry Harrison, Dan Ingram, Jack Spector, and the voice heard on this CBS-FM aircheck, Max Kinkle.

Before coming to New York “Super Max” had work on Detroit’s CKLW. In Detroit, just as he did in New York, Max bright energy & fun to the air.

After CBS-FM, Max spent some time on air at 92.3 K-Rock, WXRK. Today, Max is still rockin with his own internet station, SuperMaxRadio.com (http://supermaxradio.com/) where he does the morning show. In addition to max, You'll also hear Randy Riddle & Al Meredith from CBS News.
