HOW TO DO IT:
1. Before you start watching answer the following questions:
How have you been communicating with clients as a medical receptionist so far?
Which questions do you usually ask and how do you phrase them? Write those answers down.

2. Start watching the video and make sure to watch it completely.

3. After having watched the video, please reflect on the following:
- how you have been communicating with patients so far in a similar situation or setting.
- which language you didn't quite know how to use yet.

- what part or parts of the content you will be using and why.

- which part or parts you won't be using and why.
- if relevance is the main reason for not using it, how you could possibly tweak it to make it work for you, if at all. If you don't know how to go about it, please comment below so that we can help you!
