Romanian Dead Lifts - Form & advice

In this video, Dylan runs through a common resistance exercise in Romanian dead lifts. These are great for building eccentric strength of the hamstrings, as well as incorporating the hip extensors. This can be a tricky exercise to get right so it's best to take it slow and build a good base before increasing the weight. Be sure to leave any questions below!
