Iveco EuroCargo 75E14 - broken crankshaft

Iveco EuroCargo 75E14 - the truck came into service suspecting a problem with the electric motor. It was disassembled and was perfectly functional but the engine did not rotate. I checked that the gearbox or possibly the clutch was not blocked. I disassembled the oil bath and in it I found scrapings and then I found the crank of the piston 4 broken, also the engine block was cracked, which made it impossible to repair this engine. The owner of the truck is going to buy another engine from the dismantling.

Iveco EuroCargo 75E14 - camionul a venit in service suspectand o problema la elecromotor. Acesta a fost demontat si era perfect functional insa motorul nu se rotea. Am vericat sa nu fie blocata cutia de viteze sau eventual ambreajul. Am demontat baia de ulei iar in acesta am gasit spam iar apoi am constatat manetonul pistonului 4 rupt, de asemenea blocul motor era fisurat, fapt ce a facut imposibila o reparatiea acestui motor. Propietarul camionului urmeaza sa cumpere alt motor din dezmembrarii.
