Australia’s regional property markets have been making a lot of headlines lately. Despite the economic shock that we are experiencing, these smaller real estate markets have proven to be very resilient and seen significant growth, outperforming Australia’s biggest housing markets, such as Melbourne and Sydney.

I have been talking about investing in regional real estate for a very long time now, and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to take a deep dive into regional housing, and do a comparison between Melbourne and it’s regional counterpart, Bendigo.
