Two Rock Classic Reverb vs. Mesa Boogie Fillmore 25: Which amp is right for you?

I've had questions recently from people trying to decide whether they should buy a Two Rock Classic Reverb Signature, or whether the much less expensive Mesa Boogie Fillmore 25 would be able to give a similar result.
