Uganda: President Museveni mocks homosexuals

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni condemned homosexuality as "very unhealthy" saying that those who partake in acts of homosexuality go to the "wrong address" at an event in Kololo celebration grounds in Kampala, Monday. The event was organised by a coalition of Ugandan religious leaders and government officials following the president's bill on strengthening criminal penalties against homosexuals, which was signed in February.

Thousands of people who attended held signs and posters with messages to U.S. President Barack Obama such as "Obama, we want trade, not homosexuality," in response the Obama cutting US aid for Uganda following the law being signed.
