Google Services on Huawei Nova 7i / P40 pro Y7p ..100 % working
It looks like difficult to install Google Mobile Services on my Nova 7i/P40 Pro. But I did it, try this solution. IT WORKS!

This is a step-by-step guide and this is the video that shows what to do if the GSF number doesn't reappear when it should (see: AND what to do if when you open Play Store, it doesn't show the "retry" tap on "retry" button multiple time until it work normally OR you can restart your device and tap on retry button. It will WORK!
