Daytime Alleged Repeat Drunk Driver Fails to Pull Over

Dash cam clip as Traffic Officers working on a residential road in response to complaints from residents about speeding. This SUV passes at 48 in 30 mph zone. It then fails to pull over with cruiser behind, crossing onto wrong side of road. It passes a school & state park at low speeds. Eventually it is boxed in and driver was arrested for 3rd offense drunk driving at 3pm. Reminder of how dangerous impaired driving is and they can be sharing the roads at anytime of day.
