The S Tier grappler, Gantetsu - Plasma Sword Online - Capcom Fighting Collection 2

Gantetsu is one of my favorite characters of any fighting game. Whoever thought it'd be okay to give a grappler some long range attacks that are surprisingly fast, I want to thank that person from the bottom of my heart. Such a great, fun character to play.
