EmpowerAll | In conversation with Ida Gjorup
Empower All was an event run by Hope for Justice to celebrate International Women’s Day, and empower women from across the world. We interviewed a range of inspiring female leaders from varying backgrounds and industries. They share tips for success as well as some personal experiences, in the hopes of inspiring more women to achieve their own goals.
Ida works for the inspiring company that is Organicup. We all need to be taking a conscious stance on climate change and sustainability, and Organicup and the team encourage this beautifully through education and inclusivity. They have always said that it’s more than just a cup, and Organicup is definitely about so much more.
We also got to hear from the inspiring women from our Self-Help Groups in Ethiopia and Uganda, working together to prevent them from risk of exploitation from human traffickers. Through regular workshops, these women meet to save money, take out loans and help themselves build economic stability for their family. We asked viewers to come together to make a donation, however big or small, so that we can help facilitate more of these programmes. Are you able to make a donation today, empower more women, and help bring an end to modern slavery?
