Class 12 accounts - Fundamentals of Partnership - Basic concepts on Contents of a Partnership Deed

This video is about learning basic concepts on class 12 accounts. The learning for partnership, company topics in accounts class 12 is easy if students try to start mugging up things instead of learning the basic concept and then apply them in to the questions. Once a concept is learned it stays for ever but if it is only mugged up, you need to keep revising it until the very last minute of the exam day. Keeping this in mind, we have devised a new way of learning dividing all our lessons and videos in to three segments: -

1) Level 1- Basics – This will only teach you basic concepts, terms and will create foundation with the help of easy to learn short notes and videos and few quizzes to test on your learning skills.

2) Level 2- Intermediate level – Once you have learned the level 1 concepts, then basis that you can go through the level 2 notes of the topics and can try applying them in simple questions. This will build your confidence in practically applying those concepts in questions and will help you remember those concepts with the help of numerical or tabular computations and examples.

3) Level 3- Advance level- Once concepts are learned and practised, now this is the time when you should be applying your learned skills to full fledged questions and be prepared for trying exam level questions in a particular chapter or topic.

Partnership accounts should be learned in a slow and consistent manner so that the concept clarity is gradually build in the mindset of the student. Similarly other topics like company accounts, financial statements, Shares, Debentures topics are easy if proper learning flow is followed and too confusing if a student tries to go in a haphazard manner.
