Congratulations if you are starting college!! Such a huge accomplishment, and the best few years EVER. In this video I wanted to give you guys a recent college grads insight into how to stay healthy in college. I did NOT avoid the freshman 15 - I gained quite a bit of weight, and it took me a while to figure out how to be totally happy and healthy in college. I eventually lost the weight (spoiler), and learned SO much on the best ways to be healthy. I talk about alcohol and partying, healthy grocery shopping, mental health, working out, and more - watch to see my tips!
