It's been ages since I've made a waterfall card. Many times we make small waterfalls, however, this one is big and bold. I love that because you really can have tons of fun decorating the panels. It's simple to make - the hardest part is deciding how you want to decorate it. Designer Series Paper does a lot of the work here!
